  1. CHECK OUT OUR PROMOS
  2. Current PROMOS terms and codes are always listed in the right margin of the homepage. You can also see them again when you are about to fill in a PROMO CODE with your business information, just click “Please click here for our current Promo Codes.”

  3. FIND YOUR ITEMS
  4. Find your items by using any of the following searches:

    • Enter a Keyword in the Keyword Search box (put “quotes” around your keyword to get the most specific search results), or click ADVANCED SEARCH to go to our most detailed search page.
    • Enter One ISBN or TF Number in the Catalog Quick Shop box. Accepted number formats are:
      • ISBN10 with or without dashes (0-439-12345-6 or 0439123456)
      • ISBN13 with or without dashes (978-0-439-12345-6 or 9780439123456)
      • TF number with or without dashes (TF-1234 or TF1234)
      • Item number with or without dashes (9-12345 or 912345)
    • Enter Up To 20 ISBNS or TF Numbers on the Multiple Entries page (the same number formats are accepted here)
    • Browse by Category Lists, Grade Level, Theme, or Publication Month.

    To add items to your PO, enter a quantity in the box and click Add to P.O.(**Note at the top right corner of your screen a counter tallies the number of units ordered. This helps when you are trying to qualify for a promo that requires a minimum number of units.)

  5. REVIEW YOUR LIST
  6. Click View P.O. in the upper-right corner of your screen at any time to see the items you’ve chosen so far. The list of items you have ordered will show (sorted by ISBN10).

  7. EDIT LIST (CHANGE QUANTITIES, REMOVE ITEMS)
  8. To Change a PO Quantity:

    • On the View PO page, click in the item’s QTY box
    • Change the number to your desired quantity
    • Click Recalculate to get your new total
    • Repeat these steps separately for EACH quantity you are changing

    To Remove PO Items:

    • To remove one item from your PO, click the trash can icon next to the QTY box
    • To remove every item on your PO at once, click Clear
  9. ENTER BUSINESS INFORMATION, PROMO CODES, & COMMENTS
  10. To Enter Your Business Information and Promo Codes:

    Once you are finished adding and editing all of your PO items, enter all of your business information (email, Bill to/Ship to, Phone, Account #, PO#, Promo Code (if any) (to view the listings again just click “Please click here for our current Promo Codes”)

    To Enter Comments:

    Use the Comments Box to include any questions, comments or additional items you couldn’t find on the website (such as trade items or backlist items not found in our current catalogs or on the website). Include quantities and ISBN or TF item numbers.

  11. TO PRINT YOUR ORDER
  12. Click File on the top toolbar then choose Print to print your PO just as you see it on your screen.

  13. To SUBMIT YOUR ORDER ONLINE
  14. Click FINALIZE PO beneath the business information on your PO. You will see a new page with your complete PO and Ship to/Bill to information on it. Click Submit PO Online (yellow button, upper-right corner) to send the order to Harper Collins for processing. You will get a “Thank You for Submitting Your Order” message that tells you that a confirmation email will be sent to you. This is how you know your order has gone through.
